Mr. Beeler is the President of Risk Solutions Captive, Inc., a captive insurance company located in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Mr. Beeler has in excess of thirty-nine (39) years of experience serving as an administrator and/or consultant to employee benefit trust plans. Mr. Beeler’s experience includes serving on the Administrator’s Committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans as well as extensive dealings with the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service with regard to 501(c)9 Benefit Trust Plans.

Mr. Beeler has been active in the employee benefits field since 1974. Before forming Health Cost Solutions, formerly W.C. Beeler and Company and current RSC partner, Mr. Beeler was vice president of a nationwide third party administrative firm. In that capacity he functioned as the company’s representative to numerous group health plans. Mr. Beeler has addressed a number of associations and other organizations as an expert on employee benefit plans and has conducted a variety of workshops and seminars on the subject of employee benefits. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Ms. Travis has more than 25 years of employee benefit experience. She is an expert in all types of self-funded plans and is well versed in IT as it relates to third-party administration. Ms. Travis serves on various software committees and advisory boards, and is responsible for cultivating all vendor/partner relationships. She sees Risk Solutions Captive as “an opportunity for employers to continue offering competitive employee benefits while maintaining control of their cash flow.” Ms. Travis attended Freed Hardeman University in Henderson, TN.

Mr. Power has 30+ years experience in the healthcare underwriting industry. With vast expertise in implementing underwriting policies and serving the TPA and markets, Mr. Power brings a wealth of knowledge and skills that allow RSC to give our clients the best services available. Mr. Power graduated from The University of Tennessee with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Ms. Propes has 20+ years experience in the accounting and human resource fields. Ms. Propes increased knowledge and experience of the TPA industry as Controller of RSC’s partner Health Cost Solutions, Inc. has made her a significant part of the RSC team.

Ms. Medd is a marketing and business development expert with over 19 years of marketing and event planning experience. Along with assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts, Ms. Medd manages potential and current RSC client/broker relationships. Ms. Medd graduated from The University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing.
